Video - Weaving a Placemat with Fabric Strips on 14" Li'l Weaver

$ 0.00

It's time to spruce up the kitchen with some new placemat/table mats.  Why not use your 14" Square Li'l Weaver in a new way and recycle some of that old fabric or make have them match your handmade curtains?

While this placemat is slightly narrower than the traditional placemat, how many times have you tried to put out placemats for everyone around your table and they don't fit--this is the perfect solution!

Because your fabric strips will be wider than the yarn you usually use, we will be showing you how to work over 2 nails at a time, and we will be sharing more secret tips that will make weaving with the fabric strips go so much more easily.

As you have probably noticed, we are pretty fond of our Canadian collaborator, Noreen Crone-Findlay.  She has been kind enough to share her weaving idea with us and to also share her tutorial.  Thank you, Noreen.  We highly encourage you to visit her blog.  You can see many of her creations at  Tottie Talks Crafts.
